Sir,

I have a proprietorship firm dealing in pipe line supply & erection for fire fighting system. I have recvd work contract order from a client in Orissa for the pipe line work in Orissa State and applied for a separate vat number in Orissa. My client shall issue me a work order mentioning supply and erection separately in one work order.

In this case, what should be the tax structure against my supply invoice like rate of VAT in Orissa. and what should be the tax structure of erection value (like wct, service tax, any other tax if nay) in Orissa .

Need kind your help in this regard.
