ER-1 Returns

Rudrayani Shedjale

Hello

upto March 2015 we have filed ER3 returns.

but during f.y.2014-15 our DTA clearance crossed 400lakhs.

so we should file ER1 from April 2015?

but while filing ER1 from aces.gov.in website we are getting an error as

  • Invalid entry for month-year combination. The entry should fall between the year and month of your registration and the previous month of the current year!!
  • Month-Year which you are filing RETURN, last RETURN RECORD DOES NOT EXIST!!

can somebody guide me on this?

They encountered errors on the ACES website. Respondents advised contacting the jurisdictional Range Superintendent for necessary amendments and filing previous returns. The user followed the advice but continued to face issues. They expressed confusion about whether the steps to correct the error should be taken by the assessee or the department.
