I am in need of few case laws for reference of submission of Duplicate Declaration forms.

case 1) Mangaanese Ore (India) Ltd v. Commissioner of Sales Tax (83 S.T.C., 83)- MADHYA PRADESH

Case -2) M/s. Hindustan Copper ltd. v. The State Maharashtra ( Second Appeal 408 and 409 of 1996.

All there cases are reference for the submission of Duplicate Declarations and in the favor of Assessee.

We believe that these judgment are related to submission of duplicate copy of C form instead of Original one to the concerned authority. We are trying to dig out the required judgments and will revert soon.
