ARE-1 requirement: exporters must furnish ARE-1 and export proofs to Central Excise to substantiate exports.
Where goods are cleared under SRP, a copy of ARE-1 must be submitted to the Central Excise range office within 24 hours; if exported under excise supervision the officer collects ARE-1 at export along with invoice and packing list. For exports under LUT or refund claims, exporters must submit ARE-1 white and yellow copies, export realisation evidence (E.P. copy/BRC/mate's receipt) and customs-attested invoice and packing list.
