Dear Sir,

For import of machine , components for trial and testing on the said machine  are be be sent at abroad on Free of Cost bais . Now GR waiver limit is Rs. 25000/- .

What procedure to be folowed.

Which allows Material to be Exported for Repair / Maintenance / Calibration / Testing.  With condition of Re-import and submission of Bill of Entry to Bank within 30 days from Re-import.

If material is being destroyed during above process, certificate from Overseas Party doing this activity is required to be submitted to bank.
