FROM 16 FROM TRACES

Sir,

As per the new procedure we have to take the Form 16 from Traces Site with Digital signature we can issue to Employees and parties.Site Name  https://www.tdscpc.gov.in/   but Govt site  format does not include Details of Salary Paid and Form 12BA.

Here my query, is do we need to prepare one More Form 16 other than government Site with Salary Details and 12BA.
