It requires applicant entity details, constitution type, PAN, GSTIN, incorporation/date of birth, exporter category, turnover, SEZ/EOU/EHTP/STP/BTP status, branch details, key managerial/person-in-control details, and all PAN-linked bank accounts. Applicants must indicate preferred import/export sectors (goods and services). Declarations certify absence of penalties under specified customs, excise, foreign trade, foreign exchange, and GST laws; no link with entities on the Denied Entity List; no prior IEC; and no default status. Applicants undertake compliance with the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, Foreign Trade Policy, and related rules. A bank certificate format and e-IEC certificate format are prescribed.
