of <h1>DGFT revises Para 2.08, replaces ANF-1A with updated ANF-2A for streamlined IEC validation under FTP 2023</h1> Public Notice No. 32/2025-26 amends Para 2.08 of the Handbook of Procedures 2023 under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023. Details previously required in ANF-1A are now incorporated into a revised ANF-2A; ANF-1A is deleted with immediate effect. Para 2.08(c) is revised to provide that information in IEC applications will be electronically validated through integration with records of relevant government bodies and banks, with specified documents to be uploaded unless exempted by the system. Para 2.08(d) is amended to state that detailed guidelines for post-verification of online IECs will be issued periodically by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade.
