of <h1>DGFT updates Paragraph 2.08, merges ANF-1A into revised ANF-2A, enables electronic IEC validation and post-verification guidelines</h1> Public Notice No. 32/2025-26 issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade amends Paragraph 2.08 of the 2023 Handbook of Procedures under the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023. The details previously captured in ANF-1A are merged into a revised ANF-2A, and ANF-1A is deleted. Para 2.08(c) is revised to provide for electronic validation of details submitted in IEC applications through online integration with records of relevant authorities, and to update related document submission requirements, while sub-paras 2.08(c)(i) and (ii) remain unchanged. Para 2.08(d) is amended to state that detailed guidelines for post-verification of online IECs will be issued separately by DGFT Headquarters.
