High Court. Relevant cases should be converted into scrutiny cases with notices issued under section 143(2), and assessments should remain pending until the Supreme Court hears the stay application. Refunds under section 143(1)(a)(ii) should not be granted and may be withheld under Section 241 provisions. A detailed report on actions taken to protect revenue interests must be submitted to the Board promptly. Necessary instructions should be issued to ensure immediate implementation of these measures.
