This initiative aims to create a paperless environment, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability while improving taxpayer services. Stakeholders are encouraged to use electronic communication, preferably in searchable PDF format, and include contact details for prompt acknowledgment. Trade associations are requested to inform their members about this development. Any issues should be reported to the Additional Commissioner of Customs via email. This notice is approved by the Principal Commissioner of Customs.
