of <h1>Rebate of State and Central Taxes (RoSCTL) Scheme Implemented for Garment Exports; Electronic Scrips Registration Required.</h1> The circular addresses the implementation of the Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) scheme and an additional ad-hoc incentive for exporting garments and made-ups. It informs stakeholders under the jurisdiction of the Commissionerate of Customs in Vijayawada about the system enablement for RoSCTL, following CBIC Circular No. 13/2020. RoSCTL scrips, issued by DGFT, are electronically transmitted to ICEGATE, similar to MEIS. The scrips must be registered electronically, and their ownership verified on the DGFT portal for duty payment.
