Despite previous notifications, few have registered, prompting a reminder to complete registration by January 20, 2020. During the transition phase from January 15 to February 16, stakeholders must submit manifests in both new and existing formats. The application process requires details of operations and supporting documents, and guidance is available on the ICEGATE portal. Compliance with the new regulations is mandatory.
