However, issues have arisen with exporters using duty credit certificates to import and sell goods like almonds, which do not relate to their export products, violating the scheme's conditions. The Ministry of Law clarified that imports under TPS must have a broad nexus with the export product group as inputs. The Ministry of Customs has accepted this interpretation, emphasizing compliance with the scheme's objectives.
