<h1>Risk Management System for 100% EOU Scheme Imports Now Includes Non-Accredited Clients, Effective July 1, 2011.</h1> The circular announces the implementation of a Risk Management System (RMS) for imports under the 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU) Scheme, effective from July 1, 2011. Initially limited to accredited clients, the RMS is now extended to non-accredited clients. All Bills of Entry under the 100% EOU Scheme will be facilitated unless interdicted. Importers must present the Bill of Entry and Procurement Certificate to the Bond Superintendent for verification before proceeding to the Shed Officer for Out of Charge. Any issues should be reported to the Joint Commissioner of Customs at the specified address.
