This system integrates the requirements of various Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) into a unified electronic format, reducing the need for multiple applications and hard-copy documents. The initiative includes risk-based inspections and aims to enhance the ease of doing business by minimizing clearance time and costs. The Integrated Declaration will be effective from April 1, 2016, with testing available from March 15, 2016.
