of <h1>GST Notice: Taxpayer Allocation Between Centre and State in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Announced.</h1> The GST Trade Notice No. 10/2018, dated March 5, 2018, issued by the Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of GST & Central Excise in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, details the division of the taxpayer base between the Central Government and the State Government/Union Territory. According to guidelines from the GST Council Secretariat, taxpayers in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry have been assigned to either the Centre or the State/Union Territory by State Level Committees. The orders detailing this division are available on respective government websites. Commissioners and trade associations are requested to disseminate this information to relevant parties.
