of <h1>SEBI Releases Updated Master Circular for Stock Exchanges, Covering Trading, Risk Management, and Connectivity Rules.</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued a Master Circular for Stock Exchange and Clearing Corporation, consolidating all relevant circulars and communications up to March 31, 2016. This document supersedes the previous Master Circular dated May 26, 2015. It includes chapters on trading, trading software and technology, settlement, comprehensive risk management for cash and debt segments, exchange-traded derivatives, administration of stock exchanges, and the establishment of connectivity with depositories NSDL and CDSL for eligible companies transitioning from Trade for Trade to Rolling Settlement.
