of <h1>JNCH CFSs to Publish Monthly Cargo Dwell Times Online per 2009 Regulations; Best Performer Recognized for Efficiency.</h1> Container Freight Stations (CFSs) under the jurisdiction of Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House (JNCH) are directed to compute and publish average cargo dwell times monthly on their websites, as per the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009. This includes separate calculations for export and import cargo, reflecting the average time between gate-in and gate-out. CFSs must update this data monthly and communicate it to Customs by the 5th of the following month, with the information displayed on the JNCH website by the 10th. Non-compliance will be noted as 'Not Submitted.' The CFS with the lowest dwell time will be recognized monthly to encourage efficiency.
