of <h1>New Procedure for Obtaining Rotation Numbers for Outbound Vessels via Email Streamlines Trade Operations.</h1> A revised procedure for obtaining a 'Rotation Number' for outbound vessels has been introduced to facilitate trade and ease business operations. Shipping lines must email a spreadsheet application in the prescribed format to a designated email address. Upon receipt, customs officials will generate the Rotation Number using the ICES System and return it via email within one working hour. Applications should ideally be sent from the shipping line's domain, but if not possible, a scanned, signed copy by an authorized representative must be attached.
