of <h1>E-Payment for Customs Duties Now Available at CFS Mulund; Streamline Clearance and Cut Costs via ICEGATE Starting April 1, 2008.</h1> The circular outlines the procedure for e-payment of customs duties under the Indian Customs EDI system at CFS Mulund. It introduces an e-payment option via net banking, in addition to the existing physical payment method, to expedite customs clearance and reduce transaction costs for importers. Importers or their agents can use the Customs E-Payment Gateway on ICEGATE to pay duties electronically, either as registered or unregistered users. The process involves selecting unpaid challans, logging into the designated bank's internet banking, and confirming payment. The e-payment facility begins on April 1, 2008, with support available through ICEGATE's helpdesk.
