of <h1>New SION Entry C-2045 Added for Engineering Products in FTP 2004-09, Allowing Import of Brush Alloy.</h1> In accordance with the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 2, by adding a new entry to the Standard Input Output Norms (SION) for engineering products. Specifically, after entry C-2044, a new entry C-2045 has been added, detailing the export item 'Contact tape (Tinned)' with a quantity of 1 kg and allowing the import of 'Brush Alloy (untinned) 17410' at 1.01 kgs per kg content in the export product. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
