of <h1>Ministry of Finance Corrects Date in Export Instruction for Pan Masala-Gutkha by EOUs; Applies Plastic Waste Rules 2011.</h1> The corrigendum issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise & Customs, addresses an instruction concerning the export of Pan Masala-Gutkha packed in plastic sachets by 100% Export Oriented Units (EOUs). It corrects the date mentioned in Paragraph 3 of the previous instruction from 02.07.2007 to 02.07.2011. All other contents of the original instruction remain unchanged. The instruction pertains to the application of the Plastic Waste Management and Handling Rules, 2011.
