The Supreme Court, through Hon'ble Justices Vikram Nath and K.V. Viswanathan, dismissed the Special Leave Petition without interference in the impugned judgment and order. The Court stated, 'We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order.' Consequently, all pending applications were disposed of.
