Seeking grant of regular bail - Money Laundering - reasons to believe - compliance with the statutory requirements under Section 19 of the PMLA - it was held by High Court that 'This Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail and the instant application, is, hereby, dismissed.' HELD THAT:- There are no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, the petitioner is granted two days’ time to surrender. SLP dismissed. The Supreme Court, in a judgment delivered by Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal, dismissed the Special Leave Petition. The Court found no reason to overturn the High Court's order but granted the petitioner two days to surrender. Any pending applications were also disposed of. The legal representation included Mr. Siddharth Luthra and others for the petitioner.
