HELD THAT:- The impugned order, being interim in nature, will not have any bearing on the Writ Petition which is yet to be disposed of. Appeal disposed off. The Supreme Court, in an order delivered by Hon'ble Justices M.M. Sundresh and Prashant Kumar Mishra, addressed a Special Leave Petition related to an interim order.
