<h1>CESTAT remands appeal for de novo proceeding, disposes of Cross objection.</h1> The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi remanded the appeal for denovo proceeding as per a previous order and disposed of Cross objection No. 118 of 2008 ... Revenue submits that the Respondent was directed by tribunal to face a denovo proceeding before the authority below in the same matter - so revenue pray that their appeal should be remanded to the same Authority - Considering that the Respondent is before the authorities below, it would be proper to remit back this matter to the same authority for an analogous hearing of the entire matter - appeal is remanded to the same authority The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, New Delhi remanded the appeal to the same authority for denovo proceeding as directed by a previous order. Cross objection No. 118 of 2008 was also disposed of accordingly.
