Seeking permission for withdrawal of petition - it was submitted that liberty be granted to the petitioners to file an appeal along with the application for waiver of pre-deposit before the Appellate Authority - HELD THAT:- Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law. The High Court of Punjab and Haryana dismissed the writ petition as withdrawn but granted the petitioners liberty to file an appeal with an application for waiver of pre-deposit before the Appellate Authority.
