However, this would be subject to outcome of the present petition. The National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad, disposed of a case where Axis Bank's grievance was resolved by the reconsideration of its claim by the Resolution Professional. The application became infructuous and was accordingly disposed of. Exim Bank was also involved in the proceedings, with provisions for continued participation in Committee of Creditors meetings.
