Waiver of pre deposit - Section 35F - Supreme Court granted another 4 weeks time to make the pre deposit order by High Court [2013 (1) TMI 73 - BOMBAY HIGH COURT]. High Court in the impugned order so long as it is not set aside and by a final adjudication, the appellate authority would not be justified in ignoring the findings in the order impugned before him and hence ordered that entire exemption of duty was not available. Supreme Court dismissed the case but granted the petitioner four weeks to comply with the orders from the Commissioner (Appeals), Central Excise, Pune. (Citation: 2015 (10) TMI 1041 - SC)
