Extension of stay order - Waiver of pre deposit - Supreme Court extended the of stay period by further period of 7 days from time given in the order [2014 (11) TMI 572 - Supreme Court of India] since Assessee has made the deposit. The Supreme Court extended the time given in an order dated 18-11-2013 by seven days based on a certificate from the State Bank of India, Jalandhar, Punjab and confirmation that a deposit has been made. I.A. No. 1 of 2014 stands disposed of accordingly.
