                          Issue-wise Detailed Analysis:

                          1. Disallowance of Guest House expenses under Section 37(4) of the Act:
                          The Tribunal confirmed the disallowance of salaries and wages to staff (Rs. 4,77,809/-) and repairs and renovation charges (Rs. 2,37,017/-).
