A39 (SC) The Supreme Court ruled that the appellants are not entitled to relief on interest but granted a stay on penalty and redemption fine under Sections 114-A and 125, subject to the deposit of 50% within six weeks. Failure to make the deposit allows the respondents to recover the full penalty and redemption fine.
