EX., MUMBAI - 2003 (157) E.L.T. 550 (Tri. - Mumbai) The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai upheld the confirmation of penalty and redemption fine imposed on M/s. Dr. Pankaj Naram's Herbal Remedies (P.) Ltd. for using the brand name 'Harbo Soap' on their Ayurvedic product manufactured by M/s. Kora Gramodyog Kendra. The appeal challenging the penalties was rejected based on evidence showing the use of the brand name on the product packaging and die supplied to job workers.
