Board meeting proceedings must be circulated promptly and confirmed at the next meeting with necessary modifications.

The proceedings of each meeting of the Central Advisory Board must be forwarded to every member and to the Central Government as soon as possible after the meeting, and in any event not less than seven days before the next meeting. The record must show the names of the members present. The proceedings are to be confirmed at the next meeting, with any necessary modification.
