Board meeting procedure: Chairperson may call meetings at any time, and must do so on requisition by half the members.

The Chairperson of the Board may convene a Board meeting at any time considered fit, subject to the provisions governing notice and meeting procedure under rule 32. Where a written requisition is made by not less than one-half of the members, the Chairperson is required to call a meeting within thirty days from receipt of the requisition.
