Franchisee arrangements under authorised persons framework must cease, with future appointments allowed only as FxC under FCS conditions.

An authorised person is prohibited from entering into any fresh franchisee arrangements under the referenced money changing guidelines. Existing franchisee arrangements valid when the regulations come into force must be discontinued within two years from that date. After discontinuance, franchisees may be appointed as an FxC, subject to the conditions laid down under the FCS.
