Provisional registration cancellation requires payment of computed tax, interest and penalty or recovery under law.

Order for cancellation of provisional registration where no reply to a show cause notice is received, the person fails to appear, or the authority, after examining submissions, finds cancellation warranted; and a determination of amounts payable listing tax, interest, penalty and other heads with computation basis, a payment deadline, and notice that failure to pay will result in recovery under the Act and Rules.
