Form I requires a register entry recording order number and receipt date, description and estimated value of confiscated movables, names and addresses of the accused, the Treasury or bank of deposit with deposit date and time, the receipt number and date from the Treasury or bank, and the Administrator's signature, name, designation and remarks to maintain a contemporaneous custody and accountability record.
