Mediator impartiality disclosure: mediators must reveal any circumstance raising reasonable doubt about independence to tribunals and parties promptly.

A mediator or conciliator must disclose any circumstance that may give rise to a reasonable doubt about his independence or impartiality to the Central Government, the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal, and must, from appointment throughout the mediation or conciliation proceedings, without delay, disclose such circumstances to the parties.
