Presiding officer exclusion during removal proceedings: officer may speak and vote only initially and not cast tie-breaking vote.

When a resolution for the removal of the Speaker or Deputy Speaker is under consideration, the office-holder, though present, shall not preside and the sitting is treated as if the office-holder is absent; the Speaker may speak and take part and may vote only in the first instance on such resolution or other matters during those proceedings but may not vote to break an equality.
