Right of user of land or water: magistrate inquiry can restrain interference and order removal of obstructions.

An Executive Magistrate may, on police report or other information of a likely breach of the peace regarding an alleged right of user of land or water, order parties to attend and submit written statements, receive and consider evidence under the chapter's inquiry framework, and, if the right is found to exist, prohibit interference and order removal of obstructions, subject to conditions requiring recent exercise of the right and allowing conversion between parallel inquiry provisions where reasons are recorded.
