Receipt of goods into a warehouse requires the licensee to verify the one-time lock on the transport vehicle and refuse unloading while informing the bond officer if it is not intact. If intact, the licensee must reconcile received quantities with the bill of entry, report discrepancies within twenty-four hours, endorse and retain relevant entry and transport documents, and record the goods. An acknowledgement of warehouse receipt must then be delivered to the proper officer and bond officer.
