Inspection powers: KRAs must produce records, permit premises access and cooperate with inspecting authorities during regulatory reviews.

Regulation 20 requires a KRA and its directors, officers and employees to produce books, records and information and to permit reasonable access to premises, documents and computer data for inspection; the KRA must provide copies of materials deemed relevant. The inspecting authority may examine or record statements of any director, officer or employee, and those persons must give all assistance reasonably required for the inspection.
