Provides a State-level GST framework authorising the levy and collection of tax on intra State supply of goods or services or both in Manipur; the Act is titled the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, extends to the whole State, and comes into force on dates appointed by State Government notification, permitting different commencement dates for different provisions.
