Main file for company appellate proceedings must contain index, order sheet, judgment, pleadings, evidence, and written arguments.

Rule 43 requires the main file to be kept as a permanent record until ordered destroyed and to contain, in order: an index; order sheet; final order or judgment; memo of appeal or petition with schedules; counter, reply or objection; oral evidence or affidavit proof, evidence taken on commission, documentary evidence; and written arguments.
