Adjournment powers for company matters: Registrar may adjourn cases in chambers when directed by the tribunal.

Adjournments are normally sought before the concerned Bench, but in extraordinary circumstances the Registrar may, if directed by the Tribunal in chambers, adjourn any matter at any time and lay the same before the Tribunal in chambers.
