Authority Fund established for each Special Economic Zone to receive government appropriations, grants and fees for operations and repayments.

Every Special Economic Zone Authority must establish an Authority Fund credited with central government appropriations, grants or loans under the Act, user or service charges, fees and rent from Authority property, and other sums as directed by the Central Government. The Fund is to be applied to salaries and remuneration of members and staff, expenses for discharging the Authority's functions, repayment of loans, authorised objects and purposes under the Act, and other administrative expenses.
