Minimum time rate: employers must pay piece work workers no less than the prescribed time rate under the Code.

Where a worker is engaged on piece work but a minimum time rate (and not a minimum piece rate) has been fixed under the Code, the employer must pay wages to that worker at not less than the prescribed minimum time rate; the provision's commencement is effected by notification under the Code.
