Power to remove difficulties: central government may issue orders to resolve implementation issues consistent with the Code.

Section 68 empowers the Central Government to publish, in the Official Gazette, orders not inconsistent with the Code to remove difficulties in giving effect to the Code, subject to a temporal limitation from the Code's commencement; every such order must be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable after it is made.
