Registration rejection procedure requires an opportunity to be heard and written reasons issued within thirty days.

Where an application for initial or permanent registration does not satisfy regulation 19, the Board shall reject the application after giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard, and shall communicate the decision in writing within thirty days, stating the grounds of rejection.
